Shot on Kodak 160NC - 2003? - Andy colour
Kodak 160NC - Kirk Cross Process
Cross processed 35mm slide film, handprinted by myself. First cross process picture - as you might have guessed I LOVE XPRO! - Andy (colour, cross process)
This is medium format, but was cross-processed hence the intense colour. The proper version is all yellow, but the contacts I had commercially done took most of the cast out! Taken I think on a Mamiya TLR - John
Properly solarised via chemistry, not a tacky Photoshop filter ;-) - John
35mm, Fuji 400 probably - John
35mm, probably Fuji 400 - again City and Guilds. Shot with Tungsten light. - John 2
Shot under tungsten lights rather than flash - as I was using b&w only I could do that...other studio shots here mostly used Flash Handprinted by myself, and boy it was a bugger - proverbial black cat scenario. I have one with better background definition but I found it after I scanned this one. - Andy and Christina
35mm, probably Fuji 400 B&W as I had that bulk...either that or Pan 50 but as a handheld shot without Flash it probably was the 400. Handprinted by myself. - andy medium format
doesn't he look rather grand in this photo? :-) Shot on a Mamiya TLR I think...all mechanical, so metering was separate and I'm not sure it even had a flash trigger :-) Handprinted by myself. - Kirk Studio Klose
This was on of the shots in my City and Guilds Colour book (no not colouring-in book, I had to do a book on Colour, I got a Distinction for it, highest score :-) I think these shots helped, because at that point apart from a brief introduction to Studio work we weren't supposed to be doing stuff like this, I just hijacked the studio regardless :-) - Kirk Studio down
