How painterly is this? I think it's osmosis leaking through from my art training...one of the first shots with my new camera & lens - I was walking along to East Sheen and the light just came through the trees and bang - one of my best landscapes ever. I feel at last I'm starting to 'get' landscapes, for so many years I'd take the pictures and just not be happy with the results.

BTW best seen on black/in the slideshow.
